Thanks to many years of experience, we are able to respond effectively and quickly to the needs of our contractors. We are constantly expanding our offer by listening to our wholesale customers and analysing trends in the consumer electronic products distribution market.

INNPRO distributes a wide range of consumer electronics. We provide attractive wholesale offers on products from categories such as:

  • Small domestic appliances – for example vacuum cleaners, cleaning robots, coffee machines, electric kettles, blenders and air fryers.
  • GSM accessories – including chargers, powerbanks, cables, cases, tempered glass screen protectors, phone holders.
  • IT accessories – for example adapters, card readers, hubs, portable monitors and docking stations.
  • Audio – speakers, microphones, headphones.
  • Office – binding machines, printers, laminators, shredders.
  • Photo / Video – including cameras, gimbals, shadowless tents, selfie sticks, tripods and video recorders.
  • Gaming – for example mice, keyboards, racing wheels, game controllers and gaming chairs.
  • Lifestyle & Outdoor – including smartwatches, bike and car accessories, flashlights, power stations and solar panels.
  • RC models – for example vehicles, batteries, controllers, propulsion kits.
  • Tools – including spanners, hammers, screwdrivers, power generators, tape measures, spirit levels, saws and pincers.
  • Smart Home – for example IP cameras, lighting devices, pet devices, sensors, smart sockets and alarm kits.
  • Health & Beauty – including shavers and trimmers, hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, sonic brushes and epilators.

INNPRO distributes world-class brands. The devices available in our offer, such as power stations, speakers, headphones or cleaning robots, come from well-known manufacturers who hold leading positions in their industries.

Starting a wholesale cooperation with INNPRO requires sending a registration form. Once you have provided the necessary information, the INNPRO sales department will contact you to activate your account and give you full acces to it. It is not possible to log in prior to activation.

To register on the B2B platform, you will need an active VIES. It is also necessary to provide a delivery address. To register an account, fill in the form available on the wholesale platform website.

After successful verification of the application, the wholesale account will be granted for a trial period of 1 month. If no purchase is made by the contractor during this time, INNPRO reserves the right to deactivate the account.

If you wish to place a wholesale order, you must log in to your customer account on the B2B platform.

Wholesale orders can be placed 24 hours a day. You can check the status of your current order and the history of previous orders in your customer panel.

INNPRO’s B2B platform offers integration via XML files in IOF format, which allows our products, stock levels and prices to be downloaded automatically. It also makes it possible to present them in your online store.

As part of such integration, we provide:

  • gateway files in XML format (set of integration files),
  • FULL and LIGHT files in XML format, which contain the most important data needed for integration,
  • FULL and LIGHT files in CSV format (a simplified version of the integration files, but we recommend using XML files).

If you wish to obtain the integration files, please contact your account manager.

We also enable integration via the Baselinker platform. For its correct configuration, you will need to provide a link to your individual LIGHT.XML file. To obtain this file, please contact your account manager.

If you wish to place an order, log in to your customer account on the B2B platform. Payment for the ordered products should be made directly to the specified bank account (unless the cooperation is based on a factoring assignment). If you have been granted a deferred payment term, enter the invoice number in the title of the transfer. Orders placed are automatically transferred for processing and shipping.

When you place your order, a one-time shipping fee is charged. However, it is possible that additional delivery costs may be added if, during the processing of the order, it turns out that the purchased goods need to be sent in more than one parcel.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and the delivery time is usually 2-14 working days (depending on the country).

You can check the status of your order in the wholesale customer panel.

Purchased products are shipped via a courier service.

Warranty claims can be added via the dedicated service platform https://service.innpro.eu/login. To do so, you need to log in or create an account (providing the VAT number from the sales invoice).

The claims are handled in a few simple steps:

  • going to https://service.innpro.eu/login,
  • registration / login,
  • adding a request / automatic assignment of an RMA number (NOTE: one RMA number is assigned to one product),
  • marking the request with the assigned RMA number / printing the transfer protocol from the service panel,
  • delivering the products to the address Serwis INNPRO, Rudzka 65c, 44-200 Rybnik,
  • monitoring the process of handling the request via the service platform https://service.innpro.eu/login.

Information on the guarantee period can be found on the product card on the B2B platform or in the user manual.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase specified on the sales document or according to the serial number scanned when the product is issued by the warehouse.
